These terms apply to www.mogmints.com and to every order placed through it. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to use this site or to buy from us. Mog Mints™ contain caffeine, 100 mg per mint. Do not take them if you are pregnant, nursing, sensitive to caffeine, or have been advised to avoid stimulants. If you have a medical condition or take medication, speak with your healthcare professional before use. Do not exceed four mints in 24 hours.

2. Orders and prices

All orders depend on availability. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or a pricing error, and we refund you in full when we do. You are responsible for giving us an accurate shipping and billing address.

3. Subscriptions

A subscription renews automatically on its schedule until you cancel. You can pause, skip, change or cancel it at any time from your account, or by emailing support@mogmints.com. Our Purchase options cancellation policy sets out how.

4. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Return and refund policy. Every order is covered for 30 days from delivery.

5. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.

6. Product claims

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

7. Our content

Everything on this site, including the text, images, logos and product design, belongs to MOG MINTS LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not use it to distribute harmful, fraudulent or unlawful content, and do not attempt to interfere with the site or with anyone else’s use of it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MOG MINTS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to hold MOG MINTS LLC harmless from claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from your use of the site or your breach of these terms.

11. Third-party links

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the effective date above, is the one that applies.
