Shipping policy

Mog Mints™ ship within the United States only.
Processing
Orders placed before 3PM PST on business days ship same-day. Subscription orders get priority and are shipped first. An order placed on a weekend or a holiday starts processing on the next business day.
Shipping options and cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the size of your order. You choose the option you want, and its estimated delivery window is shown next to it before you pay.
- Standard: 3 to 4 business days in transit
- Economy: 5 to 8 business days in transit
Delivery windows are estimates. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can move them.
Free shipping
Orders of $49 and over ship free. Every subscription order ships free, with no minimum.
Tracking
You get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating.
Your address
Please check your address before you pay. We cannot recover a package that was delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
Lost or damaged orders
Email support@mogmints.com within 14 days of the ship date if your order is lost or arrives damaged. Photographs of the packaging and the product help us resolve it faster.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version on this page, with the effective date above, is the one that applies.
